Padre Bebé

A while ago, my mom submitted Juan Pablo's picture to the National Catholic Register for their Baby Mugs column. He made it into the June 20-July 3 issue!

I just wanted to make an official record of this on the blog, in case we lose the paper copy, because it will be a nice memento when he is elected Pope in 2065. Yes, we have it all planned out...he will be elected Pope at age 58, just like his patron John Paul II. This means that we will be 82 and 83 years old, and since we are planning to still be alive then, we'll move to the Vatican with him to be taken care of by the nuns (among them, Sister Ana Luisa) in our old age, and spend the rest of our days shuffling around churches, lighting candles, praying for the souls in purgatory, and enjoying our front-row seats at all papal Masses. We're very excited about it.

How cute!! The only problem is that is the exact time Jacob thinks he will be Pope ;) Congrats on the NCR pic.
